Ebria celebrates his 5th anniversary with this festival. Mostly of the bands from Ebria have been invited to play a special live set to say: "Happy Birthday, Ebria Records!". This festival is the ideal continuation of the well known BääFest.

BääFest is the main event organized by Ebria Records and represents the top of an year of work: looking for new artists to produce, discover new music to enjoy, creating new reletionships with musicians, other labels, locations and even playing music (all the three members of Ebria are musicians).
So... BääFest is the “opportunity” to join together know and less-know italian or foreign musicians working in the are of experimental musics (free, minimal, impro, electronic, etc.), creating an event that is focused on music and relationship between the people involed: the guys at Ebria, musicians and people at the concert. “We focus on music and climax”.
BääFest wants to take a picture of a different way of playing, listening and living music.
After 3 editions BääFest moves from Milano for two reasons:
- Ebria Records organized the festival thanking the collboration of ControProgetto, the association that manages La Stecca degli Artigiani; after years of existence, the location has been demolited.
- Ebria records would like to try a different location to transform his festival into a new different meeting event.

Third edition of the Ebria Records' festival introducing his new release: "VV.AA. - BääFest: 1stnad2ndyeardiary" (Bronto 007). This compilation includes 17 unreleased tracks from the bands that played in the first two editions of the fest.
What's the BääFest?
BääFest is the occasion to mix up and promote several italian bands working in the area of experimental music (free, jazz, minimal, impro, etc.). Well known, or less, italian and foreign artists are involved in the fest.
The stage of the Stecca degli Artigiani is opened to many italian musicians and a foreign guest. Electronic music is still in charge in different forms. For the first time some performances will see music and video working together (Echran, Air Chamber 3 and Scum). The festival will pass through different moods: from the power performances of A Spirale and Sedia to the rarefied waves of Bachi da Pietra and 3/4HadBeenEliminated. Claudio Parodi's performance will give the festival a contemporary mood. As the last edition, festival will be closed by an international guest: Wu Fei (Tzadik artist), in ensemble (created by Ebria for the fest) with Cristiana Fraticelli (a.k.a. IOIOI) and Carlo Ronchi (from the band Tasaday. The ensemble will play: gushing (a 2.500 years old chinese instruments), guitar and bass.
